I'm a busy woman, and I constantly find myself in hotels across the country and the globe for work. Because I spend so much time traveling, I get stressed out easily. It's not very fun to spend half of your work week on an airplane! That's why I try to de-stress frequently, even if I have to do it in my hotel room. One way I love to de-stress is by taking care of myself. I love using hair masks, getting great hair cuts, getting facials, taking care of my skin, and just pampering myself. I've found some fun ways to do this on the road. I often book rooms in hotels with spas attached and make a point to get a massage and facial at least once a month.
